LET’S TALK ABOUT SALVATION
WHO IS JESUS?
Jesus is our God and Savior. He is the one who gives us things we don’t deserve and didn’t earn on our own. Jesus was born to Mary and came with a purpose. His mission was to bridge the gap between our sins and the things we do wrong against God.
He performed miracles during his time on Earth and eventually died on the Cross resurrecting on the third day conquering sin and death; only to ascend to Heaven to send us His helper the Holy Spirit. Through believing in Jesus and surrendering our lives to Him, we can be free from sin by the blood He shed on the cross when we face Judgment Day.
The Holy Spirit is what Jesus sends to help us. He gives us confidence and a supernatural perspective on life. The Holy Spirit transforms us and gives us a strong foundation of belief.
With the Holy Spirit, we can have the assurance that Jesus is with us every step of the way.
SALVATION PRAYER
These words are spoken out loud with purpose because when we accept God’s free gift of salvation and become His children, we are given a special chance to enter into a new relationship with Him that leads us towards Heaven.
“Jesus, thank you for all that you have done for me, for dying on the cross so that I can seek you now in this moment.
I know that I have done wrong by living without you, I am sorry for living by my own rules and I seek your face in this moment of my life.
Lord Jesus, I accept your sacrifice and that you rose again on the third day conquering the grave. I accept your promise that you send us the Holy Spirit and receive Him now. I invite you into my life, into my heart and to comfort my lowly soul from this day forward.
Help me believe in you, help me come to know your word and know how great Your love is for me.”
